Once your application is approved, most partners are operational within 5 to 7 business days. We set up your Buildium access, sync your client accounts, and walk you through the quarterly check-in process on your first intro call.

Owners can exit with 30 days notice per the management agreement. If that happens, your monthly management fee simply stops for that unit. There is no penalty to you.
All tenant data is processed through Buildium's secure platform and protected under DoryAngel's $250,000 Cyber Liability policy. You never handle sensitive financial data directly — that responsibility sits entirely with us.
DoryAngel's VPM Call Center operates around the clock. Tenants have a direct line. Vendors are dispatched from a pre-qualified network organized by ZIP code, typically within hours. You are not in the chain for emergencies unless an owner contacts you first, in which case you simply route the call.
DoryAngel monitors all lease expiration dates and initiates renewal outreach to tenants before the end of term. You are notified when a renewal is approaching. If the unit turns over and you place a new tenant, you earn another broker fee — your standard commission, unaffected by this program.
DoryAngel coordinates with licensed attorneys and guides the owner through any legal process from start to finish. You are not involved in legal proceedings. This is a back-office function handled entirely by our team and legal partners.
Nothing beyond a smartphone or computer. You will have read-only access to your portfolio dashboard in Buildium, showing rent collection status, maintenance history, and owner reports in real time. No new software to learn — we do the work inside the platform.
